Suzanne Bruneault Obituary

Suzanne C. (Poirier) Bruneault, passed away peacefully at her son’s home on February 12, 2020, in Blackstone, MA.  surrounded by her loving family by her side. She was the daughter  of the late Arthur and Mena (Bazinet) Poirier. She was the companion of the late John Zariczny and the former wife of the late Roland Bruneault.

She was a lifelong citizen of Woonsocket, RI. When she was young she had a strong passion for animals. She had two dogs, Mabel and Buddy, who were always by her side. She was a strong supporter for animals and the Veterans Association. She was also active with the fundraising for the Shriners, Tags n Trout and local Girl Scouts. Children knew they were always greeted with a treat from Sue.

Sue started work in the packing dept. at Donnelly Mfg. in No. Attleboro. She worked there for 20 years upon their closing, she then went onto being a security guard at The Waters Corp. Sometimes within that timeframe, she learned to become a bartender. She became known as Sue PACC and the citizens became known as her people. She befriended many along the way and no birthday, baby arrival or illness ever went unnoticed.  She loved to play pitch and was part of Big Rod’s team. She also loved Tom Brady of the Patriots, and worked many superbowl parties. Everyone who knew her always felt welcomed. She has left a mark on her community and will be forever missed.
