Sophie H. Pamula, 94, of Blackstone, passed away peacefully on April 3rd, at the Lydia Taft House in Uxbridge, with her family by her side. Born in New Bedford, MA., she was the daughter of the late John & Anna (Gwozdz) Pamula. She settled in Blackstone, and resided their most of her life. She was employed as a assembler for the Royal Electric Co. retiring in 1978. She was a communicant of St. Paul’s Church in Blackstone and a member of the Blackstone Senior Citizens Group in which she enjoyed taking trips with the Senior Citizens. She was also an avid Bingo player. She was predeceased by her siblings, Joseph & Helen Pamula, Nellie Lisak & Mary Benjou. She leaves a nephew & several nieces, also several great nieces & nephews. Relatives & Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, June 29th, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Paul's Church, St. Paul St., Blackstone, MA. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. For those attending the Mass, facial masks & social distancing will be required.
