STASIA MASNYK
September 14, 1925She was always there, always kind to a fault. Any sickness, she was always there, regardless of time, obstacles, inclement weather and even her own sickness. She never let us go without, regardless of how hard she had to work. Though she was never afraid to tell you, you had to help, and it was simple, she was our Mom and that was reason enough to help her. Blind loyalty, nothing like it, as a confidence builder, when there was a need, you helped, a sense of loyalty without thinking.
When I had a problem, she was always there to listen and help with a simple solution, that was so easy to overlook.
When I asked her, how could she be so happy while working so hard, she said, there was one reason, Family, she lived for her kids.
The cure to anything was, Rosu, chicken soup with a vast amount of dill and carrots. The added dill was for flavor and the carrots for your eye sight.:)
