Rose I. (Lynch) Kowal, 83 , a resident of the St. Francis Home in Worcester and formerly of Blackstone, MA. passed away peacefully on Friday at the St. Francis Home. She was the loving wife of the late Walter Kowal.
Born Dec. 9, 1926 in Woonsocket, daughter of the late James & Julia (Swahn) Lynch she resisded in
Blackstone for over 35 years before going to Worcester.
Rose was emolyed as a assembler for the Imperial Knife Co. in Providence before retiring in 1983.
She was a communicant of St. Paul's Church & former member of the parish choir. The St. Vincent DePaul Society and the Blackstone Senior Citizens.
She leaves 2 Caregivers: Anne & her husband Thomas Keegan of Shrewsbury, MA. & Wanda Remedes of
No. Smithfield, RI. Also 2 nieces & several cousins. She was the sister of the late James Lynch & Dorothy Kinney.
Her Funeral will be Wednesday at 9:30 A.M. from the Kubaska Funeral Home, 35 Harris Ave. Woonsocket with
a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. in St. Paul's Church, St. Paul St. Blackstone, MA. Burial will be in
St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Blackstone. Relatives & Friends are invited. A Visitation hour will be Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. before the Funeral Mass. Kubaskafuneralhome.com
