Richard R. Smith

Richard R. Smith, 81, died Wednesday, July 13th. Cherished husband of Ann (Grivers)
Smith for over 52 years, Richard is survived by his 3 children, Mary Beth Sztabor, David
Smith, both of Woonsocket and Jane Soucy of Cumberland. In addition to being a dedicated
father, Richard lovingly grandfathered 4 children: Joshua Sztabor, Bethany, Nathaniel and
Michael Soucy. Thier father Jerry Soucy was honored to be Richard's son in law.
Richard was born and lived in Woonsocket his enitre life. He was a member of the IBEW
Local 99 as a master electrician. Richard worked for the former Electric Maintenance on
Railroad St. and provided industrial electrical services in many of the local mills for over 35
years. His interests included: golfing, cards, bowling, gardening, and preparing delicious meals for his family. His Funeral will be Monday at 9:00 AM from the Kubaska Funeral Home, 33 Harris Ave.
with a Celebration of Life Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 170 Harris Ave.
Woonsocket, Relatives & Friends are invited. Visitation hours are Sunday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM
