Phyllis M. Plonka, daughter of Anthony and Florida Sudol, passed away on Valentine's Day, February 14th, 2016. She is survived by her husband Walter Plonka, two sons Derek and Ryan, as well as three grandchildren Kaley, Arrolyn, and Everly.

Phyllis was an important fixture in the Woonsocket educational system, having taught the 2nd grade for 35 years at Bernon Heights Elementary. She has touched the lives of many a student and family members. Always putting herself before others and willing to give them her all.
