Millicent M. (Rogeski) Emmons, 84, of Harrisville, passed away on Friday, at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the loving wife of Donald Emmons. Born, May 3, 1932 in Woonsocket she was the daughter of the late Walter & Josephine (Jastrezembski) Rogeski, She resided in Woonsocket, and then resided in Florida for twenty five years before returning to Rhode Island in October, 2015. Millicent was employed as a Secretary for the Mossberg Pressed Steel Co. in Cumberland for many years before retiring. Her favorite pastime was spending time in her garden. Besides her husband she leaves a daughter, Sharon Monteiro of Woonsocket, a son Jeffrey Morrissey of Harrisville, RI, 2 grandchildren, Chelsea and her husband Jason Nichols of Woonsocket & Angela Morrissey of Pensacola, FL., also 7 Great Grandchildren. She was the mother of the late James Morrissey and sister of the late Donald & William Rogeski. Her Funeral will be on Tuesday, Aug. 23rd, at 9:00 A.M. from the Kubaska Funeral Home, 33 Harris Ave. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Park Ave. Woonsocket. Relatives & Friends are invited. Burial will take place at a later date. Visitation hours are Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M.
