Mildred E. (Clark) Welsh, 89, of No. Smithfield, passed away peacefully on July 30th. She was the wife of the late William Harnois & John Welsh.

For many years she was a waitress at Wright’s Farm Restaurant in Nasonville before retiring. She was a member of the No. Smithfield Seniors and a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church.

She is survived by her children, William & Debbie Harnois of Valejo, CA., Lois & Michael Duffy of No. Smithfield, RI., Jane Wheldon of Mill Valley, CA., Gary Harnois of Napa, CA., Sandra & Richard Marquis of Pascoag, RI., Linda Marks of No. Smithfield, RI., Ruth & Dennis Plante of Blackstone, MA., Pamela Golovich of Smithfield, RI., Jean Smith & Peter Mcburney of No. Smithfield, RI. Also 2 sisters, Norma Dame of Thompson, CT., & Marian Cucinotta of FL. 15 Grandchildren & 12 Great Grandchildren.

She was the grandmother to the late Andre Harnois, Michael Duffy, & Scott Marquis.
