Michael Tutaj

Michael Tutaj, 89, of No. Smithfield, passed away peacefully on Saturday at the Overlook Nursing & Rehabilitation Ctr. in Pascoag surrounded by his family. He was the loving husband of Wanda (Gurski) Tutaj. Born July 19, 1926 in Woonsocket he was the son of the late John & Catherine (Sas) Tutaj. Michael was employed as a machinist for the Archer Rubber Co. in Milford retiring in 1991. He previously was employed at the former Uniroyal Co. in Woonsocket. He proudly served his country during WW11 in the U.S.Army. Besides his wife he leaves a daughter Lisa and her husband Michael Harpin of No. Smithfield. He was the brother of the late John Tutaj. Relatives & Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday Aug. 22nd at 10:30 A.M. in St. John the Evangelist Church, Church St. Slatersville. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
