Lucia Maria McConnell

Our dear sweet mother Lucia Maria McConnell, passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 77, surrounded by her loving family. Born on April 10, 1947 in Naples, Italy, in which she was very proud of her Italian heritage, Lucia dedicated her life to creating a warm and nurturing home for her children.

Lucia’s greatest joy came from spending time with her family and fostering a loving environment around the dinner table. She will be deeply missed by everyone.

She is survived by her children, Tony, Jim, Frank and Paulo and two grandchildren, Matthew and Grace, also her brothers, sisters and extended family in Italy.

A private service of Lucia’s life will be held on January 21st, at St. Charles Cemetery, Blackstone, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Hospital, a cause close to Lucia’s heart.
