Katherine J. Levesque

Katherine J. Levesque, (Formerly Mother St. Louis de France, RJM), 83 0f Johnston, passed away on Tuesday at R.I. Hospital. Born April 2, 1931, in New Bedford, MA. she was the daughter of the late Louis & Jeanne (Robitaille) Levesque. She resided in Johnston since 2008, previously residing Woonsocket for many years. Katherine was a teacher for the Woonsocket School Dept. retiring in 1995. She was a Extraordinary Minister of Eucharist at Landmark Medical Ctr.for 14 years. & also a Lector, Extraordinary Minister of Eucharist at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in Woonsocket & St. Robert Bellarmine Church in Johnston. She leaves a aunt, Bernadette Robitaille & several cousins in the New Bedford, MA. area. She was the sister of the late Rev. Louis Levesque, CJM. Relatives & Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, (March 23rd.) at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Ave. Johnston, Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Blackstone, MA. Visitation hours are Sunday, from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at the Kubaska Funeral Home, 33 Harris Ave. Woonsocket.
