Josephine T. Paquette

Josephine T. Paquette, known to all as “Babcie”, 94 , of Woonsocket, passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Landmark Medical Ctr. She was the loving wife of the late Joseph O. Paquette. She was the daughter of the late Joseph & Rozalia (Roskuszka) Norek.  Josephine worked for thirty years & retired from the former Hanora Spinning Co.

She is survived by two sons, Mark Paquette of Chepachet & John Paquette and his wife Lisa of Woonsocket, also a sister,  Veronica Kneeland of Woonsocket.  She was the loving grandmother to 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren & 3 great  great grandchildren. She was preceded in her death by her son Thomas J. Paquette Sr. of Blackstone, her daughter, JoAnn Wood of Woonsocket, her 2 brothers, Thaddeus (Teddy) Norek of FL. Stanley Norek of North Providence & a sister,  Lorreta Walicki of New York. Her Funeral will be held on Friday, (Dec. 28th) at 9:30A.M. from the Kubaska Funeral Home, 33 Harris Ave., Woonsocket with a prayer  service at 10:30A.M. in the Funeral Home.  Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery, Blackstone, MA. Relatives & Friends are invited. A visitation hour will be Friday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. before the prayer service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Woonsocket  Cat Sanctuary, 266 Mendon Rd. Woonsocket, RI, 02895.
