George E. Spearmen Sr. of Woonsocket, passed away on November 17th, at home. Born, Aug, 6, 1953, in Woonsocket he was the son of Lula Mae (Harmon) Spearman. George was a maintenance person at the Woonsocket, Social Security Office before retiring.
He proudly served in the U.S. Army, during & after the Vietnam war. He was a member and enjoyed going to the American Legion Post 62, Woonsocket, which he participated and marched, when the Post was in any parade. His favorite pastime was fishing.
Beside his mother, he leaves two sons, George E. Spearman Jr & Dustin Rossi, a brother Maxie Spearman, three sisters, Nancy Johnson, Ida Aquisto, & Joan Spearman, four grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. He was the brother of the late Franklin, David & Harry Spearman & Lauretta Hobbs. Funeral & Burial Arrangements will be Private
