Florence A. (Sedlar) George, 87, of Lambert St.. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday at the Woonsocket
Health & Rehabilitation Center, She was the loving wife to the late Norman A, George. Born Oct. 26, 1923
in Woonsocket she was the daughter of the late Steven & Mary (Mostecki) Sedlar.
Florence was a Telephone Operator for the New England Telephone Co. for Fifteen years retiring in 1980
She was a member of the New England Telephone Pioneers.
She was the loving mother to Thomas R. and his wife Cathy George of Woonsocket, also, Nancy and
her husband Walter Pempey of Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was the loving and caring grandmother to
Andrew and his wife Elizabeth George and Daniel George. She was the sister of the late Thomas Sedlar.
Relatives & Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10:30 A.M. in St. Joseph's Church
Mendon Rd. Woonsocket. Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery. Visitation hours are respectfuilly omitted.
