Edgar R. Boisvert Sr.

The family of Edgar Boisvert is saddened to announce his passing on August 14, 2025 at home.

Edgar served in the Army, and was proud to do his service to his country, he often spoke about his time in Germany and how he wished one day to return.

He can be remembered in the community when he was younger for being on the bowling league with his family, and later in the Woonsocket community for being on the APA Pool League, the Pitch League, and Woonsocket Rocket Dart League for 25 years.

Edgar was a loving father survived by his 3 sons Edgar Boisvert Jr., Glenn Boisvert, and Scott Boisvert, as well as his 3 daughters Robin Regan, Virginia Haury, and Rose Boisvert. He was a wonderful brother who will be missed by those here on Earth and welcomed by those gone before him. And he was a superb uncle, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend to all who knew him.

There are no services planned at this time. There will be a private celebration of life held at a later date.
