I just learned today of the passing of my old friend Dottie. Over the last 25 years Dottie has sent me birthday wishes every December and a Christmas card containing a letter about her year. I have been worried since I didn't receive a letter this year and today found her obituary. Walt, Bill, & Lee, I am so sorry for your loss and even though we didn't get to see each other, I considered her a friend. I have great memories or our time at WKU in KY and out shoe shopping trips many years ago. I have kept the many pictures she has sent me over the years and will treasure these pictures and keep her and her family in my memories and prayers. I am so sorry I didn't know sooner. She was a wonderful person and a loving mother. She truly enjoyed her boys and I know you will miss her. May God bless you and your family. Love Jo Ann

To all of the Sweatt and Masnyk family: I am sitting here in shock over the loss of Dottie. She was a good friend for so many years. My heart is grieving and I know I will miss her. My condolences to all of you. My prayers are with you at this most difficult time.

To Mrs. Masnyk, and the Masynk families,and Mr.Sweatt and family,I am so very sorry to hear about the passing of Dorothy.She was much to young to leave this world,but we do not have to much to say about when our SWEET LORD calls us home.She is now in PARADISE with her dad and sister.She is in the PRESCENCE OF THE LORD.May you all remember someday we will all reunite again,and OH,What a JOY this will be.May our SWEET LORD be with all of you during this sad time,my prayers are with all.

I am so very sorry to hear of this loss. Uncle Walt, Lee, and Bill.....you are all in our prayers. Dottie was always thoughtful of my family and tried to keep in touch even with the great distance between us. She was so proud of you boys. My heart breaks for you all. Love to you all.
