David B. Wauczinski

David B. Wauczinski, 38, of Blackstone, passed away on April 8th, at the University MA., Memorial Hospital in Worcester.

Born, October 15, 1982 in Woonsocket, he was the son of David & Mary (Guilbeault) Wauczinski  of Blackstone.

David was employed in the Shipping & Receiving Dept. as a forklift operator at Lista Products in Holliston, MA.

David loved water & outdoor sports, such as swimming , fishing,    canoeing, camping & hiking.  His most enjoyable moments were spending time with his family & friends.

Besides his parents he leaves a son Michael Wauczinski, a sister Stacy Yearby of So. Carolina, and 3 nieces, Dasia, Skyler & Zoe.

His Funeral & Burial will be private.
