Constance L. Lambert, of Cumberland, RI, passed away in the privacy of her home on May 28 at the age of 88. Born in Woonsocket, RI to Exilda and Josephat Saint Jean, Connie will be remembered for her kindness, sense of humor, and sweet disposition.
Her vibrant faith–which was so evident throughout her life–impacted everyone she came in contact with. Her deep Christian joy overflowed into acts of kindness and loving service to her family, friends, and neighbors. She had a profound love for her five grandchildren and their spouses: Benjamin and his wife Rosalinda; Hannah; William and his wife Anna; Austin; Luke and his wife Nova.
She was also blessed with three great-grandchildren. Connie is survived by her husband: Henry Lambert, two sisters: Lorraine and Estelle, and her two daughters: Donna and Patricia.
She was preceded in death by two sisters: Lucille and Claire. The family thanks the staff and caregivers of HopeHealth Hospice for their compassion and care.
Visitation will be held at First Assembly of God Church, 420 Mendon Rd, Woonsocket, RI, on Saturday, June 6th at 9:00 AM. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at 10:00 AM.
Burial will take place at Union Cemetery in North Smithfield.
