Carol A. Chmiel

Carol A. Chmiel, 78, of No. Smithfield, passed away peacefully on Tuesday at Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket with her family by her side. Born, Oct. 9, 1938 in Milford, MA., she was the daughter of the late John & Catherine (Selima) Chmiel. Carol was employed as a supervisor for the Rhode Island Dept. of Transportation before retiring. Her favorite pastime was crocheting, knitting & spending time with her family. She is survived by a sister, Frances M. Drewniak of No. Smithfield, 2 nephews, Christopher & David Drewniak, a niece, Debra Deluca,
4 great nieces, 2 great nephews & 1 great great niece. Her Funeral will be Friday at 9:00 A.M. from the Kubaska Funeral Home, 35 Harris Ave. Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. in St. Paul's Church, St. Paul St., Blackstone, MA.
