Allen L. Taylor

Allen Lee Taylor, 78, of Bellingham passed away peacefully on Monday, October 31, 2016 at UMass Medical Center, Worcester after a short illness.
Allen was born June 9, 1938 in Pawtucket, RI son of the late Irvin and Olga (Sanner) Taylor. He was predeceased by his first wife Carole M. (Renaud) Taylor as well as his sister Louise (Taylor) Lumnah.
Allen attended Central Falls High School, RI, class of 1957, he also served in the United States Navy. He lived in RI and South Attleboro MA until 1975 when he moved to Bellingham. He was a Quality Assurance Manager in the aerospace industry for many years before starting his own company A. L. Taylor Associates and Act Now Graphics.
Allen is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Jeanne M. (Carter), son Brian Taylor and his wife Melissa of Laconia NH, daughter Tammy Sherlock and her husband James of Bellingham, and daughter Cheryl Lindner and her husband Richard of Attleboro, Stepdaughter Daniele Boucher of New Yok City, NY, and stepson Richard Boucher of Plainville, MA, He is also survived by nine grandchildren, Joshua, Kerianne and Cydney Taylor, Kyle Rapas and Christopher Sherlock, Derek and Jenna Lindner and Alyssa and Ryan Boucher as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was a member of Faith Community Church where he served in several ministries including Elder, Evangelism Explosion, and Hospitality Ministry. Allen was devoted to his faith and his family. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, November 3 from 5 to 8 pm at Faith Community Church Chapel, 146 East Main St. Hopkinton, MA. A Memorial service will be held at the church on Saturday November 5 at 11 AM with a reception to follow. Burial will be private.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Kubaska Funeral Home Woonsocket, RI.
