Paul M. Sweck

Paul M. Sweck, 85, of Woonsocket, passed away on Nov. 15, 2019, at Rhode Island Hospital. Born Sept. 13, 1934, in Blackstone, MA., he was the son of the late Eugene & Catherine (Dominick) Sweck.  Paul was employed as a demolition blaster for various construction firms followed by a used car service & salesman. His favorite hobbies were antique cars & watching old western movies. He loved to sing and was a huge fan of Elvis Presley. Paul could be seen taking his mile walks all over Woonsocket. A very generous person, with a heart of gold, Paul would help anyone in need. Paul served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict.

He is survived by a son, Paul G. Sweck, with whom he resided with, of Woonsocket, 2 daughters, Paula Dale of Cape Coral, FL. Donna Lynn H. Sweck of Chepachet, RI, a sister, Sylvia Hoyle of Grafton, MA. Grandchildren & great grandchildren. He was the grandfather to the late Michael Latraverse. The family would like give special thanks to Carol Bartlett & Ana Vasquez for their amazing & compassionate care they provided for Paul. His Funeral & Burial  at St. Paul’s Cemetery will be Private.
